    Lama Glenn Mullin

    Lama Glenn Mullin is a veteran and beloved teacher of Buddhist tantra. He is a direct student of His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama, and his root gurus are the Sixth Ling Rinpoche (Kyabje Ling Dorjechang) and Trijang Rinpoche (Kyabje Trijang Dorjechang) - the personal root gurus of the 14th Dalai Lama.

    Lama Glenn has been teaching Tibetan Buddhism for over thirty years to thousands of students around the world. He is authorized by his teachers to transmit profound practices as well as initiations and empowerments.

    Lama Glenn is a renowned scholar and translator of Tibetan culture, having translated from Tibetan and edited more than thirty books on Tibetan Buddhism and Buddhist tantra.

    His other direct teachers include senior masters from all four schools of Tibetan Buddhism - among them the 14th Dalai Lama, Sakya Trizin Rinpoche, Lama Yeshe, Geshe Ngawang Dhargyey, Denma Locho Rinpoche, Gelek Rinpoche, and Kalu Rinpoche.

    Drupon Chongwol-la is Lama Glenn Mullin's retreat master and a skilled teacher of Vajrayana (Buddhist tantra) and Tummo.

    Chongwol-la was born in South Korea and grew up in the United States. For 16 years he was a monk in the Zen Buddhist tradition, and since 2007 he has been practicing Mahayana tantra under the guidance of his root guru, Lama Glenn Mullin. He teaches students around the world - in Korea, the US, Russia, South America and beyond - and accompanies Maitreya Sangha Israel.

The community is part of the worldwide Maitreya Sangha, with centers across Europe, Asia and the Americas.
